Static Caravan Warranty

All new holiday homes come with at least a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase giving you peace of mind. Some holiday homes also carry a structural and even a corrosion warranty that can last up to 10 or 12 years!

Please note

• Any repairs should be carried out by a fully authorised person/company to comply with all the manufactures' conditions. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
• Claims must be made in writing within 12 months of the invoice or delivery date.
• The warranty on plumbing in the caravan ceases after the plumbing has been used and the caravan has stood over winter.

USED CARAVANS

Pre-owned caravan holiday homes comes with a standard 3 month warranty.

Please note:

• All claims must be made within 3 months of the invoice or delivery date.
• 'Off site' Caravans which are too old to go onto a Caravan Park and are usually used as storage, do not come with any warranty and are sold as seen.
• Warranty does not cover windows, window arms or table legs, all of which will be checked on P.D.I. and replaced if necessary.
• We do not replace dayseats, mattresses, carpets or curtains
